It sure was exciting to learn this week that my recent devotional for Moms that I co-wrote with Bethany Jett won First Place in this year’s Illumination Book Awards. They Call Me Mom (Kregel Books) is officially a gold medalist, yay!
Also, in the Enduring Light category, my picture book The Sparrow’s Easter Song (Ideals Children’s Books) took First Place in the Picture Book category, so I have another gold medal to add to my collection. Feeling so grateful that I get to work in an industry I love so much.
